My Ultimate Fallout 4 grading at a 9.0. It deserved it, but I was hoping for higher. Oh well, I was planning on keeping it long term anyway.

It’s always nice to have a 9.6 or 9.8 of a super key but even at a 9.0 that book is always going to be desirable.It’s only been a super key for what, a year and a half or so? Think of where it will be in ten to fifteen years when the kids who grew up with MM’s movies get real jobs and want to purchase his first appearance.

Finally received what will likely be my last grading submission for awhile. These should also provide the final funds for our Hawaii trip (finally). Overall, I was very happy. I somehow missed something on that Legacy but oh well. I feel good that I’ve always had a good eye so I’ll take this hit. The Legacy & Jango Open Seasons were for my PC anyway. These were received by CGC in early March, after my presser had them in late January.
One thing I’m happy about, I feel it was a very good “pre-emptive” submission. The majority of these are outstanding holds and I’ll be ready when they explode even more. In terms of quality, I had no issues. All look great.

My brother has been buying cars and renting them out the rental market is so insane there…then after he flips the car to someone on the island. He’s making a small fortune doing this.
If you go to Kauai let me know and I’ll let him know to hook you up with the good spots to go and maybe even help on some prices

Yes half us residents just put our car on toro and use the profit to buy new vehicles or not work.
