Watch “newly listed” and “ending soonest” filters on saved searches on eBay. Stuff is going for deals already.
I was on my saved searches page at eBay but did not see the filters that you mentioned. Where would I find those filters
I thought you meant runs on poop. That would be golden.
Im sure there could be a poop after market attachment for your biomass fuel converter. I believe all it needs is to burn things with carbon in it. It won’t help the environment, but it will cut back on your fuel costs, if you don’t mind spending hours chopping up wood into chip size pieces.
Anybody else seen their sales rebound this week? I had quite a bit of sales thanks to Eight Billion Genies and What if Miles 4. Also sold some Strange Academy 14, Darth Vader 1, couple copies of Nice House on the Lake 1 1st print, RWBY 7, Marvel Age annual 1.
Thought it would be another slow week after last week where I only had 2 sales of Fortnite/Marvel but sales really picked up this week. I just added some random stuff and was surprised that they sold. Nice House on the Lake 1 has stayed hot for me. I’ve sold over 20+ copies already since release. I wished I would’ve just ordered a couple hundred copies when they came out, I would’ve sold them all. Had a couple of copies left of it that I decided to put up this week and they sold right away.
I did pretty good with Thor Got/gorr stuff leading up to the movie release.
This week gas is bacc down to 4.65 here in NJ from 4.90/5.00 a week or so ago.
oh boy…
I finally got my comics back for CGC after waiting almost 14 months. I got the grades I pretty much wanted. Only problem was they were mainly Moon Knight comics that I wanted to list a few months before the show started. I pulled all my listings off of ebay and will start adding different things eventually. I am attending a collectible show near Allentown, PA in September where I will bring a combo of SW toys, comics and the 3D printed miniatures. I have about 20 sets now and doing well with them. I am just going to start going through my collection and see what I am going to do with them. I probably will divide in long term and short-term investments and then get rid of the common stuff. The past three months I really have not picked up much. Just at my LCS when I pick up the few comics I still have pulled. Worst case scenario I sell my comics as a hedge against inflation, lol.
What show, Merchant Square?
No. They have been having shows in Palmer the past few years. I never knew. There supposed to be over 200 tables. Toys, comics and collectibles.
Hakes Auction that ended yesterday----
Many of the high end Star Wars collectibles ended up getting far less than expected (and in most cases much less than items sold in the recent past)
Bad time to sell collectibles.
Yeah… whoever parted with their Rocket firing Fett is crying in their beer.
A nicer example than one that sold last year. It was expected to hit 200k and fetched 136k…almost 30k less than the inferior one from a year ago got!
Latest GDP number.
GDP fell 0.9% in the second quarter, the second straight decline and a strong recession signal
Also the recent Walmart news that caught Wall Street attention.
But the weird part is that Target warned way before Walmart so I don’t understand why Wall Street was all “surprised”.
Perhaps also it is a bad time to sell blue chip quality stocks if you are a long term investor vs a diamond hand crypto bro?
All retail profits will be going down. Inventory surplus is rising. Great time for discounts coming up.
Im holding out on buying stocks until the market drops. Lots of stocks are still over valued.
Recession hasnt come yet
Just like in investing in comics having a game plan in place with cash on hand ready and some patience…
