Comic Picks of the Week (ongoing)

If not, then the Ghost Machine Guidebook will “debut” the rest next week.

I didn’t see anyone new in Halo. Last page had a hard on his luck former actor and detective and someone in the shadows paying him off. I do not read this book so do not know if that is new and/or important.

There is a lot of good stuff this week. More than listed, but some are just personal faves.

I can’t even pretend to be enthused by this week. Going back issue hunting instead

Ito cover out this week. No movement on the secondary market as of yet.

There were two Ito’s this week, one was Capes, looks like he is doing a number of covers in a row for Capes.

Same here.

Bill from Economics in Comics said this week was “poopy”.

And he’s always over hyping books…so that says something.

Spears made a post about this being his first Marvel cover, that’s probably driving some of this hype

I lacked the motivation to visit any of my shops today. Had some other errands I prioritized.

Comics! Magazine has a secret cover for #5 - Mark Spears

I think the last one was a 1:25

I do kinda like that cover. I ain’t gonna pay extra for it tho.

I haven’t looked, but what’s the difference between that one and the other regular cover

Probably just my area but I had a hard time finding Absolute Green Lantern this week.

Witness Point sounds like a pitch for a TV show, especially with acting talent involved. It’s a cool concept though so I’m gonna read the first issue.

I just can’t wrap my head around Absolute Batman. Issue 22 has 82 different covers. Who the hell is buying all of these at $30 each?!

I never thought I’d see anything more bonkers than the SIKTC exclusive post-covid craze, and we’ve officially topped it.
