Haven’t heard from him in months. Last post was August. Not sure if he is still selling or not. @DarkDominionComics, you guys still up and running?
I was ordering regularly, and he got backlogged because of some health problems. He has been slowly sending out smaller orders, but I think he’s stopped FOC orders.
Ok. Thanks for the info. Good to know. I was ordering very regularly so not sure where to go now. Any recommendations on good shops to FOC order from?

Lowest Priced books/shipping?
Fast Shipping?
Flexibility to add books to your pre-orders and ship together?
Many Different places specialize in different things…none excel on more than one or two of the above.

I don’t order every week. Just casually grab stuff that interests me. Quick shipping doesn’t matter. A place like Villain used to do that would hold stuff and ship several weeks worth would be ideal for me.
I get monthly shipments from tfaw, they hold the books for me and ship once per month. I order from them when the new catalog hits (I do monthly highlight posts on that) and don’t wait for FOC. Stuff I miss on catalog I end up ordering from Midtown or Mycomicshop.
I like Westfield for stuff I see in Previews magazine.

I was using darkdominion as well. Where would you go for flawless books and safe shipping? Considering mycomicshop but you have to preorder way in advance. Impulse creations was another but they seem to sell out their foc books early that weekend and shipping safely to east coast has been hit or miss for me.
EconomicsInComics.com? I have not used them, but maybe somebody here can confirm/deny. I know he makes a big deal in his videos about screening the copies he receives and getting only high grade comics out to his customers.

I will say this. I placed a huge order at Mycomicshop on 1/3/25. Placed a small order at Midtown 12/23/24. Midtown has not shipped. Mycomicshop order came today.

He claims to only ship the best books, and prides himself on that. But so don’t the he discounts costs much pre FOC (10%?) and his shipping costs are basically priority mail prices.
Thats what kept me from ordering from him…not so “economical” for me…

The other thing could be playing a role is diamond shipping issues. Midtown would be impacted being NE, but not MCS being in TX.
Both were in stock orders
