I keep hearing people say Cates delayed the book because of the backlash with King in black 5. Is there any proof or evidence of that?
If it takes 30 years… I’ll be in my 70s and won’t give two shits by then…

Oh, Cates also tweeted this recently. You can 100% expect him to shit all over the spec and hype that Hulk may receive.
I can’t say I totally blame him, who wants to be told “I don’t want to enjoy your hard work, I just want to profit off of it.”
I can only image this is why Virus and Codex fizzled out like they did.

I have to agree with him though… Seriously, if someone got mad cause the writer wouldn’t spill the beans on an upcoming unreleased story, that person really needs to get some mental health therapy.

90% comic collectors and speculators don’t read comics, 5% read 5 or less books a month, 3% read 15 books a month or around there, 2% read comics everyday.

Doesn’t matter though if you’re a reader or a speculator, why in the ■■■■ do you think the writer is gonna spill information that he’s likely not even allowed to spill yet by Marvel or the publisher anyways?
