When I’ve dealt with a return/partial refund, I generally block them. Just don’t want to risk having to deal with selling them anything else that could be an issue. Not always, but often.

Yeah my very first refund years ago was a “didn’t meet my collecting standards” as VF/NM, I took the return, relisted it the same price, when it sold the next buyer says condition was better than expected

I block people just for sending me dumb messages or low ball offers. I have zero tolerance for stupid people and their possible shenanigans, This is a hobby, not a job, for me. Sometimes I’d rather not sell something than sell it to a potential problem. I’ll take my chances that someone else will eventually buy it. And, yes, I have a very long block list, lol.
