Endless Winter First Appearance and Origin of Frost King

So, it looks like Ron Marz is fleshing out some of DC’s lacking Norse mythological connections here with Endless Winter, referencing Fimbulwinter, a three year winter preceding Ragnarok. I believe the big bad, Frost King’s, first appearance would be either Endless Winter #1:

The Superman Special out today appears to have Frost King’s origin (Edwald Olafsson)
