Most may know about this book, but I think this is a pretty cool cover, and if this is the characters first appearance could also create some hype. Looking to be a slow FOC week.
Buying it just for the cover, though.
Same. Cover definitely caught my eye. Added bonus if it could be a character people care about.
Apparently not a new characterâŠaccording to someone from redditâŠ
Itâs not a new villain, Wells is using his run to finish plot points from old Spider-Man comics heâs written. This is a fictional Mayan god called Wayab from old issues of Spider-Man by Wells, ASM #556 and #557.
Nothing on FOC for me. My wallet can finally take a breakâŠ
Grabbing No/One
Sounds interesting. Thereâs a podcast companion series to go along with it featuring Patton Oswalt, and itâs part of the whole massive-verse, so Iâm checking it out to see how this character plays in.
I came here to talk about that cover. Looks so cool. Still
Might grab one for the cover
God that is good. This week? Whatâs the book?
DCEASED WAR OF THE UNDEAD GODS #7 (OF 8) CVR B BEN OLIVER HOMAGE CARD STOCK VAR
(W) Tom Taylor (A) Trevor Hairsine, Andy Lanning (CA) Ben Oliver
Some of the most powerful entities in existence are now slaves to the Anti-Life. Undead Darkseidâs forces have spread the virus across whole galaxies. Even Kryptonians and the Flashes may be too slow in the race to cure worlds before everything is overwhelmed. The final stand for the universe begins.

It IS good. This has to be one of my favorite DC covers this year. I think Iâll have to purify myself in the waters of Lake Minnetonka before I grab a copy
Iâd like it a bit better if the same sort of thing hadnât already been done with the Bitter Root issue.
And GI Joe?
I have the Bitter Root as well.
At least itâs not over done like ASM 300 and Spider-Man #1âŠto name a fewâŠ
the one i bought this from shipped it in a flimsy board and arrived crumpled. My heart sank deeper than titanic
This book will be a nice compliment!
After reading book 1 of Blue Book, I think I know why Image/Boom didnât publish it. I really like Tynionâs work, but this one wasnât it for me. Felt like 3 pages of content stretch out to 20. I normally try to give a new title more than one issue, but I think Iâm out. I think/hope Worldtr33 will be a stronger read.
Do tell me more. I was bummed out since I stopped my comic pull till next year and wanted to read this issue. I love Alien stories and thought this would be good.
