I still won’t buy one, but, that’s a GREAT cover!!! That would be a nice display piece IMO

No. It won’t.
Punisher is likely driven by the desire for Bernthal sigs and its similarities to Punisher 218. I would argue punisher is a more popular character right now than daredevil all around.
I can see some people wanting it to pair with the Punisher book…but other than that aspect I don’t see the attraction. I also think there will be plenty more copies as shops will “assume” it’ll have a demand like punisher and order more copies this round.
In other words, supply will outweigh demand.

My bet as well. I do think it’ll be popular, but more retailers will have ordered up.
Instead of trending for 20-25 it’ll be more like 10-15?
Unlikely since the Punisher went hot and selling at a decent price. But I can see people wanting the Daredevil cover to go along with Jon Bernthal Punisher and Kingpin.
Once one book goes hot, most people will be on the radar for the ones after that.

I’ve probably missed any chatter on this book, but I wonder if this could have some legs. Jae Lee doing interiors is intriguing.
I haven’t heard any chatter about it really but I ordered a copy just cause it sounded cool and Jae Lee is an interesting artist.
Might turn into an animated series by Jeffrey M. Howard. I ordered a few. Not sure why the blank said it might be allocated pre-foc… someone needs to explain that to me.

The Dirty D made it the FOC pick of the week last week (an edgy spin on Speed Racer).
I think the art style plus the fact that it’s about fast cars it will have some buzz if written well. Would not be shocked at all if people slept on this one. The Indy crazy has settled down. A bit…not much hyping it up…a sneaky FOC pick. I probably should have ordered more than 1 copy in hindsight.
It’s also an ongoing series from image…those generally tend to do well lately (e.g., D’orc, White Sky).

That happened with White Sky also. I guess they only printed a certain amount of blanks. It could be the same case with this one.
