Still some time off, but is anyone grabbing ABSOLUTE BATMAN #22 CVR B DAN QUINTANA CARD STOCK VAR FOC is 6/15/26. Wondering if this will out sell the A cover.
It would take a real breathtaker to get me to order after DQ waved his ego around. I know most folks will be unaware of that, or won’t care, but I still wouldn’t be ordering it without seeing it first.

That’s been my feeling about it. If it’s gonna be a flip book, I’d flip it as soon as possible because eventually his ego will catch up with him and tank any worth his covers have. I think the longer you wait, it’s going to get harder to find anyone to buy his covers. People looking him up to find his covers are going to figure out what kind of person he seems to be.

Thoughts on Rocketfellers #0 this FOC? (first app of Trillion Dollar Kid)
Trillion Dollar Kid has his own Ghost Machine comic on the way, but it’s in something they call the Family Oddysey Universe… shared with Hornsby & Halo and Rocketfellers. Not a huge fan of either (although I only read issue 1 of each). So this is a separate universe from Geiger, Junkyard Joe, Redcoat, etc.
Not getting great feels from this one but I’ll get 3 or 4 copies. Anybody going heavy, or have good things to say about this project?

I’m buying a couple simply because I’m so impressed with the Ghost Machine titles as a whole. Imo, the best comics being put out.
I do agree that Rocketfellers and Halo/Hornsby are my least favorite titles but I have so much faith in the creators I’ll still buy in.
My only real complaint with Ghost Machine is the timelines of Rook??? I don’t know what the hell they are doing but they need to get it on track with releases or just $_+& can it all together.

Why would it not just be that cover? Marvel has had horrendous “spoiler” covers lately. It’s a gimmick to inflate their sales by a tiny bit.
