The DC Showcase wraparounds so far haven’t been heaters. The Artgerm Batman #1, Sean Murphy Batman #158 and Scott Koblish DC K.O. #1 are all easily found at cover price or much less.

I saw a GITD Zatanna cover coming up in November too. Is this a GITD series by Quintana? If so, I want in

That’s a cool cover. Grabbing some also

That’s awesome.

It’s the open order Cover L Clay Mann variant for those just joining us.

Seems like Dragotta drew Batman, with Clay doing the rest of that cover.

only in foil ?

So far it looks that way. And $8.99 which stinks.

Copies signed by Mann and Dragotta.

Ughh… too pricey if you ask me for sig’s. I really dig Dragotta’s work though.

I think it’s hilarious it took DC this long to finally reveal the blank cover, when all it is is a black logo.

Anyone hear any rumors of Marvel maybe doing a next generation X-Men book? Within the last year Hellfire Vigil #1 introduced the future child of Storm. Cloak or Dagger #1, altough in current cannon considered not mutants had a child in the Age of Revelations that was, Aya. Just finished X-Men #34 that intoduced the future child of Rogue and Gambit. Could be a way to get people to just buy the books obviously, but sounds like what they did with the slow build to the New Champions. Which obviously didn’t go anywhere, but these characters look really srong.

Marvel’s done things like that before. The New X-Men run after Morrison’s that focused on students. Stories that look at possible future teams, and so forth. They try stuff, usually peters out.
