FOC discounts get messed up if something has had FOC change dates, or was solicited without an FOC. Once something changes pre-FOC to post-FOC in the rules, it can only go back if it’s manually changed, and there just isn’t the time or people to check every record every week. Best bet is if you added something pre-FOC (and it was at least a calendar day before FOC, not the day of FOC) just ping CS and they can price adjust ones added before FOC.
All FCBD titles other than Avengers/X-Men are exclusive through Diamond.
