Anything pre-FOC should be fixed now. So if it was 20% and you added it before, remove the orders and just re-add it if you want the extra discount.

Removing an order and adding it back is a risky proposition - especially for variants, as I could lose the books. I just adjust my ordering accordingly.
What about books on my preorders that clearly show ordered pre-FOC, not processing, but 20% vs. 30% ? Any chance for an adjustment here, because I tried with CS and was told NO !

The problem is the irregularity of the shipping causing inconsistency in the shipping charge. Thats a fact !
They have it listed as Halycon instead of Halcyon for issue 2.

Thanks man. He is doing better and is getting released today. Believe it or not he hasn’t eaten much solids since Wednesday but all his numbers are back up. Just going to take a few more days to heal.
