That’s the new character on the incentives for Miles 38 I see the arm canon on the side of Billie on that Bartel cover.
Oh trust I know. I knew soon as image revealed month ago. Small waist. Matching chestplate etc. I definitely wanna see where this goes.
For the most part all these alternate Earth heroes from Future State, Death Metal, other DC books from the last year or so cameo in this book from 2015 you can scroll through hundreds of first appearances
