Yoda is wrong… I still like Dr Pepper and Root Beer so its always try not to drink them but every couple of weeks I lose and drink one.
Lol. Your weak… I stopped drinking soda going now for 4 years. I almost gave in couple of times but I don’t crave it any more. To tell you that when I first started I had a dream I was drinking a nice cold Pepsi lol.

I have maybe one bottle of soda a year; but this looked enticing.
Then I read the “nutrition” label. No High Fructose (good!) but:
- 47 grams of sugar
- Sodium Benzoate preservative
Yea - that will reduce to zero bottles per year for me.

At least I quit smoking years ago cold turkey one day and I absolutely despise it now. I have no issues telling people they gonna die stinky from them. 
But yeah, I could likely never pick up a soda again but I figured one every couple of weeks wont kill me as fast as drinking them daily.

I gave up soda years ago. It allows for more ice cream in my diet. Strictly water, juice, smoothies and alcohol now.

Ice cream is the devil… it doesn’t last through the night in my household. I never buy it, wife always buys it… so she’s the devil too!
