I should have done what I said I was going to do…which was list a copy alas soon as it stared moving in the usps system.

Jet pack logo variants selling for $12. Looks like Jetpack still has a ton. That was a waste of money. FCBD book is down to about $8

At least they’re the FCBD cover, and didn’t invest all that much. Might as well hold them…see what happens.

I’m still rooting for you all that bought into this, but, you guys should have absolutely seen this coming.
In no way am I trying to come off as condescending because, Lord knows, I’ve spent a lot of money on worse. All that’s happened is that this simply became a longer spec hold.
I still have my eyes on this because I know people are going to start dumping and that’s when I may start to buy in. I am not averse to paying 2-3x cover if I have good vibes about the story/art/potential.

This is the only exclusive I’ve touched since I made money on the Spears books. I’m comfortable in that DCC will just get bigger and increase demand for different media.

Lol if you search jetpack dungeon crawler carl comic you see endless sold listings from jetpack. They’re all the same background so you know it’s the same seller.
They are making $$$.

Are you saying they are intentionally holding the price high on their website so they can artificially inflate (or control) eBay asking price…and make money selling off their stock on eBay?
That doesn’t sound like something a shady comic shop would do!

It was meant as a generalized statement regarding any comic, not just DCC.
Also, not all of the comics being mentioned in this thread is a FCDB. Not sure what the explanation point at the end of your statement is for since it’s clearly not accurate in this situation.
