I think I’m on book 5. Great characters. Great story. Great action. A bit overly complex and wordy. A harsh editor trimming 25% of the fat would do these books wonders.

See that’s not what I took away from that post. It didn’t say anything other than “coming soon” so I thought maybe a new ongoing comic series was coming out. Or maybe something else not a comic book.

nope, sold my 2 copies yesterday
Finally sold one of mine….was a bit frustrated copies were selling for higher prices while mine just sat there collecting views.

So besides comics I have my finger in many different pies - retro video games, animation cels, vinyl and printed books. The DCC book craze is real not only amongst readers but collectors. The self-published true first edition copies sell for crazy amounts. I know because I hesitated buying a copy at $3k a couple of months ago It sold within a day. Now I see either the same copy or similar one sold on eBay on the 16th for best offer taken after being listed at $29k.
I think the first few comic printings have some legs on them. Heck, I would stash away a couple of the graphic novel first printings as well (especially the DM variant).

The DM one has the same cover as the FCBD issue. I wish it had a different cover because at first it was confusing to figure out what I was looking at on eBay listings. And Lord knows we don’t need to make anything more confusing for the already confused crowd of people on eBay.

Well if it was an Image comic he has inside info so that would make sense, but it’s Vault. In this case it’s just another exclusive into the DCC world. Apparently its a con exclusive…so I read it right.

I refuse to make “art” with AI based on principle. I’ll use it to help me remember the name of an obscure movie or organize a list for shopping or whatever but not that. If other people wanna do it for fun it’s fine or such, but I’m not gonna do it.

Doesn’t eBay have options to pay to make your listing show up more often than others though? I think there’s some trickery going on as well at times.
