His Ultimate Fallout 4 A Good Investement?

Prepare for people to list it for absurd prices and put in the tiniest font possible how it is a facsimile so they can rip off people who don’t know better.

:100: Facts @davidbitterbaum seen this too much recently. I’ll def grab a couple copies. Some key books tend to have some value. No where near the original

Well the 2nd print is a little more special now, since the first print shares the same cover with the FCBD and now a facsimile.

Didnt realize it was Miles 10yr anniversary

I have a second print CGC 9.2 I’m trying to sell. No bites yet in the places I listed it.

How much? Has it been pressed? What grading co.? @davidbitterbaum

You mean Halloween Comicfest.

I pressed it before I sent it in, yeah. It was graded by CGC as a 9.2. I have it listed for $300 assorted places but would sell it cheaper here as I avoid eBay fees and such. Feel free to PM me if you have interest.

I think it’s a good investment. Seems like it’s this generations Spiderman. I don’t see much information on the Newsstand copies. Bought newsstand a couple years ago from my LCS in their regular stock. Buddy convince me to send to CGC. It recently came back this past June a 9.8 Not sure if going to sell or hold on to it.

A 9.8 newsstand is big money. I would not sell that until you had to.

Nice, I sold mine for $8K, and watched as it sold for $25K a few months later… At the time it was the only known 9.8 copy which I didn’t realize. Oh well. That is the modern age (CGC Age) monster.

Wow, then yours must’ve been the only 1 I could find any info about. I remember at the time they did say only 1 confirmed in 9.8. got excited when i got it back this past June. Didn’t know it resold for that much.

which is why i said list it for 50k, you might get a buyer
