His Ultimate Fallout 4 A Good Investement?

I wonder when and if this book will catch heat my only copy so not sure about parting with it unless it goes nuclear.

UF4 2nd print variant seems to be hovering at about $200 raw right now. Personally, I wouldnā€™t sell anything UF4 right now. No matter which printing or variant. Iā€™m keeping them all until at a very minimum thereā€™s some official announcement or confirmation of a live action movie.

*Edit for pricing

recent books at about $80-$150 for 2nd print variant. Still would hold :stuck_out_tongue:

We should change this postā€™s title to, ā€œHow Good of an Investment is Ultimate Fallout 4?ā€ because clearly there is no question now!

Or just a locked post with the title ā€œYes, Ultimate Fallout 4 is a good investment. Next topic.ā€

But how long is it a good investment? I mean should I pay market value right now? When does all this end? Should I buy X-men 94, UF4, young avengers 1, DV3, wolverine 1, etc.

I mean I can afford to to buy them all and at this rate be rich in a couple months but Iā€™m to scared toā€¦

X-men 94 is no good back when people use to care about ā€œfirst in seriesā€ yes it was a thing people liked it. Today itā€™s just a overpriced 2nd appearance and will never be Giant Size X-men 1

Have you seen the pricing lately? Itā€™s doubling every week because no one can afford giant size.

Same with the wolverine mini series, no one can afford hulk 181 so they are starting to flock to this one.

And I agree @Alana thats a shit book, a bunch of second appearances and first writer nonsense, and a first new sorry.

I would never buy that for my collection, but for profit I would buy it in a heartbeat.

Million dollar question right thereā€¦Long answer: We will know the time only if/when it comes.
Short answer: death. :scream::wink:

At this rate it seems stupid not to max out a credit card on x-men books and just flip them in the same billing cycle.

Not using credit to buy X-Men books is a much better idea, I think. But the spirit is thereā€¦I see what youā€™re saying. :100:

agreed itā€™s never a good idea to use credit to buy shit, but pick one (x-men 1, giant size x-men 1, or x-men 94) if you bought one of those books 2 weeks ago you would be selling it for more now. The rate of increase is insane.

When folk max out a credit card or something on a, ā€œSure bet,ā€ they end up bankrupt. Or in money to the mob. Never spend what you canā€™t afford to lose.

I buy all my comics now with money made from comics. After my initial investment (money spent on comics) was paid back, pretty much all my books now are free (unless you count the time spent buying, selling and so on).

My primary incomes are never touched for all my comic and LEGO habitsā€¦

ok so forget where the money comes from, these books are consistently getting 50% gains every 2 weeks or so. Donā€™t you wish you were the person who flipped thatā€¦

If you all want to see crazy crazy crazy spec craziness. Check out MetaZoo on eBay. Boxes selling for $100 two weeks ago. Now $3,000 with big volume. I thought comics could get crazy. Trading cards are FOMO to the max.

I mention this because I contemplated buying several boxes last week when they were $500. I didnā€™t want to go too deep on credit. But now boxes have skyrocketed. I can see using a credit card, but not worth the risk for me. I am wrong on spec more than I am right.

I try to play that game and flip the hottest books but you would be surprised you get stuck with a lot of high price listings that donā€™t move just gain watchers.
