Must be Dekal day around here… now I have that one added to my search list! Thanks!
Also the Bart Sears Cover A for that issue is great as well.

Quick…get that listed and keep the streak going?
I’ve been trying to sell mine for a few months…
I posted it and cheapeest on eBay currently
Some pick ups the past week.
I like “card” covers like these. The X-Men one I feel has potential as its Rogue and Gambit. May grab a few more to stash.
Picked up a Witchblade #1 (First Series) today. Something I have wanted for a while and have been putting together a run. Paid $20 for it, or about half the going rate. Also picked up the new GI Joe issue and Assorted Crisis Events 7 which I listed for $30, which will essentially get me my money back on what I spent today if/when it sells.
Had some nice pickups today.
I’ll need some insight from @Anthony and @D-Rog here… Not sure why but I can only seem to find the A cover on eBay. I don’t know much about these books, kcc has #2 as a key but nothing on #4.
Some Sweeney Boo, Ariel Diaz, Mora and Melnikov. Lately I’ve been finding some very flippable Melnikov stuff so keep an eye out for his covers. Most go for cover but there are some good ones.
Variant covers of 2-6 of JYJ are hard to find. I think they’ve just landed in collections of people who enjoy the Geiger-Verse and are not parting with them. And although they sell for decent amounts ($20-$40) they don’t sell high enough or often enough to draw attention to them by influencers or end up on hot lists.
I find these to be the best books because they’re still out there and no one is looking for them. So they hold value in that they just trickle on to eBay to satisfy a moderate demand. So this community reaps the benefits of that.
Junkyard Joe’s are probably my most consistent seller next to Dan Mora and Nightwing variants.
As far as Keys, #6 is the only one I know of a key character. 1st appearance of the Northerner. That book sells the best of all issues…particularly the A cover.
FYai - Just looked at the app…it has all issues as $4-$5. Which they haven’t sold at for years. Another reason they sit in long boxes and get passed over if people only are looking at KCC when bin diving.
Exactly I just found a Junkyard Joe #2 Cover A in a dollar bin on Wednesday, love those kind of finds. I’ll see what it sells for but its starting way higher than $1.
Thank you. I’ve never really come across this title and then last weekend and today I found a nice stack. Most shops I go to don’t have anything jyj or rook exodus. Just Geiger.
@dPcomics
I’m a Junkyard Joe junkie!!!
I’ve amassed a pretty big collection of the series and have paid for some cool sketch covers of him (on the Geiger & Ghost Machine blanks).
Anyways, based on my eBay saves & constant searching I believe the #4 Platoon homage & #5 Bart Sears are the toughest.
So…great finds.
He does have a following band it’s building.
@D-Rog was nice enough to finally get ahold of the Platoon cover for me.And a very fair price.
I would honestly test the waters and either put one up for auction or a very high buy it now just to see what happens. That cover (Platoon homage) never shows up.
Concur. If there’s not one on eBay, name your price.
I sold a 1:25 variant of Ground Zero 1 for $50 not that long ago…only because no other existed.
Then another one appeared for $13 so I quickly snatched it.
And it’s now available for $50!
That’s good info thank you! I’ll take your advice and list it high to see what happens.
Some pickups yesterday while out. Made it to a shop north of Providence I had yet to visit…looked promising in photos.
The theme here is “Buy what no one else is actively looking for in the wild.”
Do not pass on Rogue & Gambit 2-5 (2018). I sold issue 5 for $50 not that long ago. The more romantic they are behaving, usually the more it sells for.
IDW GI Joe’s have calmed down as of late. But figure they looked high grade, were cover A’s and the right price to take a chance.
There are a few Mora cover As for World’s Finest worth keeping an eye out for. Issue 12 with Robbin/Supergirl is a sneaky one. Lowest price on eBay is $18. So $3 was a no brainer (3 copies!).
I had maybe 10 minutes to look through maybe 1000+ books. For being a small space, I was impressed how much they packed in and how well organized it was. I zipped through our posted list like wild fire. Made very efficient use of my time.
