Was a fan for Texiera and Saltares run on GR in the early 90s. Sold my run of 1-35 or so for $50 about 5 years ago. Now I want them back!! Some of them. I always though blackout was a cool villain.
94 is in rough shape, but for $4 (cover) A good reader copy.
I regularly attend a small local con that Texiera is always at. He sometimes attends just as a fan, but still will sign, draw at after hour parties and such. I like my firewater but can’t hold a candle to him. Super cool dude.
I prolly shared this before…one of the pieces I love most in my collection.
I’ve heard some stores have been putting them behind the counter. Might be worth a visit to Walmart. Just record the event to make it worthwhile. Like a horrible circus gone wrong there.
Weekly trip to see my guy at the LCS. Box was loaded with a pile of the fresh stuff. He never holds back for me.

@drunkwooky I was wondering how you felt about the crimson variants. Most covers they dont work to me but some do. Haven’t been grabbing them. Wonder if they will be sought after later.
My LCS owner said they are being under ordered. I think the “Crimson” theme is going to tie into Crimson Dawn. I think they are worth picking up at cover.

LCS was having a massive sale didn’t have much time to hunt but had a list of books I wanted and managed to score them for $2 each
I found issues 2-6 of that Hawkeye series in a dollar bin. Grabbing those Bishop books. I really think Haley is going to crush that character and become more of a mainstay in the MCU.
Hit a shop late tonight. Found a few goodies.
Shop had a box of these Miles Morales #1s. I said “Free?” He said “yup!” I took 4.
These $1 Bitter Root (Image Firsts) books may be good flips some day soon.
I second that Miles request. 
A few pickups from my local comic store. I tipped them off to a couple of decent books that I didn’t buy so they could reprice or sell on ebay.The books were more valuable money wise than any I picked up. (They are great people and the only comic shop for miles. I have shopped there for a looooong time and it’s a place I could never take advantage of)
