Same here! I really enjoyed the whole Onslaught arc, followed by some of the Image guys going back to marvel for the Heroes Reborn arc. It brought us The Thunderbolts as well. Back when X-Men was the most popular title by Marvel.
Nice. That is tough to find in NM, especially a newsie.
The newsstand is was what sold me on the book.

Shiver Man was cool. They need to bring him back. Besides fighting Wolverine and appearing in a Marvel Comics Presents I think that was it for him in comics.

You guys ever seen this? I was opening up a huge collection of old Dark Horse I bought and came across an issue with what looks like an error where it purports to be both direct AND newsstand.

Put it on ebay for $100,000. One of a kind!
Don’t quit your day job. It looks like they’re all like that. At least the first 4-5 on eBay were identical. Still interesting nonetheless.
