Morrison did a lot of DC One Million, I recall. Not their best work but not the worst either.

I actually have that book, as it was also the first appearance of Mr. Oz (later revealed to be Joe-El). I was spec’ing hard on Mr. Oz…before knew better that villain spec and Superman spec are long shots at best, much less the combination of the two…
