I just found a Spider-Verse first issue today at one of my comic shops and picked it up as I know anything relating to the Spider-Verse is a good pick-up.
Facts. Spider-Man is always a good buy.
Anything Spidey seems to at least have some popularity. Be it Peter, Miles, Gwen, or another iteration!
To be fair … he said he called UF back when it was $40 cover and he was guessing in this one again.
Let’s be honest …. Most of our hobby here is guesswork. What the publishers may do, and when, and how, etc. a lot of speculation. I’ve seen many characters over the last 45 years burn out and do crap. All guess work.
No, not at all. It’s a lot of reading, research & experience.
…and THEN you guess
When does the second guessing come into play?
Immediately after purchase!
When prices start falling.
When the credit card bill is due.
When you sober up.
When you wake up naked and sweaty with your laptop open and realize you’ve been speccing on 90’s books and made a horrible mistake.
I’m going to take that at face value, as it is oddly specific!
I keep forgetting to look for that marvel legacy when at the LCS.
Seems like he put this out a little too early. I usually watch to get spoilers. He doesn’t have this week’s books yet.
