I’m not a lawyer, but… I don’t think that would hold water here. Or it shouldn’t. The logo alone is a straight up ripoff.
I know it’s lame to carry water for a corporation as big as Disney, but this is way worse than the Do You Pooh garbage. At least that’s an obvious parody.

Alien Punisher is a lot like cosmic Punisher, could get you in trouble! Whale Punisher is gold tho. Criminals are in an ocean of trouble!

Basically Kickstarter is slowly becoming the new cesspool of the internet if it keeps allowing this junk to show up… Do people really just have money lying around they need to just throw away?

This is the equivalent of the “old days” in the very very back of “Previews” when we’d order from the catalog and think to ourselves: but who the heck orders this stuff way way in the back.
Now it’s gone from Previews to the cesspool portion of Kickstarter.
