Anyone track down the secret “thing” variant for KIB 1? One LCS had a stack, but marked them at $15. I passed, assuming there will still be a bazillion of these.

Yeah, my shop had 1 copy for $15. I passed too. I’m trying to keep blinders on when it comes to this event. Don’t need the additional tie-ins or variants. Sticking to the main story. There are going to be sooooo many of these produced, not much spec here.

One store I frequent got two of the secret variant. One guy had requested one before I did and I got the other one! No place else seemed to have this secret variant that I checked, oddly enough.
I picked up a secret variant for cover price. I think there were 18-20 shelf copies or so and only two of the Thing covers. I picked the best of the two and left the other on top for karma.
My LCS is a big shop, they had a ton, I got two.
It’s all about luck and when they were packed, I think. I have no idea about our web, but between our three stores supposedly we only got one or two of them.
