Well, Thor #245 is going nuts right now. If we see multiple versions of Kang in the coming years we might see “he who remains” again. Definitely good short term spec (If you bought them a little while ago) but may have legs long term. OK, my insomnia is wearing off so time for a few hours of sleep.

Maaaan idk I’m on a Marvel high right now. That was a great episode the multiversal war? Kang telling his origin? I dont have much Kang knowledge or books I think maybe a few random covers from 2017 cuz I was buying Alex Ross covers and Spidey was on them. Cant wait for the movies to see this Multiverse shenanigans.

I enjoyed it. For an episode that was mostly Kang doing a monologue it was engaging and fun!

I heard that is really good and he is awesome in, “Lovecraft Country,” which everyone is pissed got canceled. I haven’t watched either but need to.

End game sort of stuck to alternate timelines instead of multiverse from my understanding but they sort of treated it like it was the multiverse but Wandavision I thought was where it really started to dive into the multiverse going forward. The upcoming Spider-Man and Doctor Strange also dive into the multiverse.

I enjoyed Lovecraft but the ending seemed rushed. I felt the same with the Horror series ‘Them’ on Amazon.

This seems to be the more active Loki thread so posting this one here as well as the other thread, but I am really surprised Avengers #23 hasn’t taken off more with it being the first appearance of Ravonna Renslayer. She will most likely be back and since she was “Kang’s lover” in the comic book, I can imagine we will see her again.

I think older books thats are already priced at a premium don’t fare as well as the “penny stocks”
But I hear ya. That’s a book that people should be “investing” for season 2…she and Kang will likely be a thang.
I think because the pumper dumpers don’t have many copies they aren’t pushing the book as much, perhaps.

It’s been a good book for a while, picked up when she was on the series.

It hasn’t been cheap in a while but it has spiked because of the show. I think more viewers/collectors are starting to appreciate what Renslayer means with Kang in the MCU. She will be back in season two and all but a lock to be in movie or two. Avengers #23 still has a goof amount or room to grow in all grades even with prices these days on the high end.
