4 out of 5 foils from ThirdEye and 2 out of 5 foils from MCS which I couldn’t believe.

Moving forward I would order from different sources and not just from one in regards to blind bags.
Only what I see on his Instagram, looks like either 8 or 9 still out there.
I doubt all will be claimed due to some folks leaving bags sealed.

Yeah, that is one reason why I’ve basically stopped grading. I let my CGC membership lapse, and I’m watching with curiosity from the sidelines as PSA figures out its place in the market.

It’s kind of silly too if you ask me. It’s like grading the brand new car off he assembly line… of course it’s gonna grade in top shape, it’s brand new. Like new comics right off the shelf or box off to grading, nobody has read it, didn’t get shoved in a long box and flipped around for months or years… Anthony didn’t read it in the bathroom while going no. 2… grading brand new moderns is just throwing your money away at a paid opinion where you likely already know it’s 9.8 or better but for some reason you feel the need to toss money aside for something that might or might not appreciate in value over time, slab or no slab. Buy the comic, not the slab…

It’s odd that a raw $50 book is only getting $70 in 9.8. There are still other raw books that maybe sell for $10 or less raw that get $60+ in a 9.8.

I am at my wits end with this Monster and the Wolf Kickstarter ridiculousness. Week after week he’s promised that shipments would go out to backers and he has a large team fulfilling orders but I don’t think a single person has gotten their comics. He’s completely disconnected from it all, it seems. Nothing like having 2 grand tied up in something the creator seems to not care about, especially after the regular release dropped almost a month ago and he is now the “blind bag king.” This one makes me angry. Sorry, had to vent.

Kickstarter warns that there are no guarantees on the fulfillment of books. Which is crap.

That’s the risk with kickstarts for sure. It tells you that you’re donating money to projects and products that might not ever happen. So yeah, think of it like an investment, there’s a chance you lose it all.

Ya gotta be careful with Kickstarter. There are some projects from back in the day that took my money and ran. It is sad. I’m not saying Spears will do this at all, just stating stuff.
