I guess I could see both sides but to me, it’s technically reusing when it’s announced after the fact. If consumers didn’t know about it when doing the original ordering or announcement of the issue, that’s reusing in my opinion.
As predicted, Monsters 3 is going to be a big win for Mark Spears, but not for the flippers. Think I’m sitting back on his books until I receive my kickstarter haul (hopefully this year).
Can’t really go by that unless they release the unique number of consumers buying (which they’d never do)… for all we know, just a few select bought most if not all of them to flip and control the market, creating false demand…
I just scrolled through the listings for this book (ROTLD 1 - Spears) and my finger hurts.
There were more listings than there is sand on a beach. And they can still be purchased!!???
Not purchasing a book for $4.49 so that I can sell it for $10 and after Ebay fees; just to be able to buy one thin mint.
Not everyone knows where to find comics other than eBay. Shit. I have sold a couple for $15 so I have broken even and everything else is profit from here on out.
I’m waiting for this to end. Way too many people looking at this as another cover art opportunity to pump and dump. The hype market is functioning quite well though. Too bad the hypers are just selling to eachother for now, lol. I won’t be holding this bag though - but it has been a loong painful watch. Mark did win though. props to him.
