Online store lost out on a book sale today. Had two books in my cart. $9.98 total. Shipping was $8. So I said ok for $8 I am gonna add at least another book. I did. Shipping jumped to $12. So adding a $3.99 book adds $4 shipping? Ground advantage? Bull shit.
Took the extra book out and just got the hot books.

So…why are there so few copies of Wonder Woman #31 Mora Variant available for presale? Only a few sellers and none of them with the 100s of stock that si-fi normally has. I know the reveal was a little late, but everyone knew Mora was doing a cover, right?
They’re probably still titled as Middleton which was the original solicited artist

If it’s through comic hub, I think comic hub must offer a variety of shipping options they can choose from, but it’s ultimately the hub that set the price depending on how they set it up.

FOC was last week. Not many shops offer books after FOC.
True, but eBay is usually filled with books for presale after foc. That’s where I was looking, but I failed to mention in my original post.
Lots of Lobo #1 Eom and other covers or Batgirl 17 Eom for example.
Maybe they’ll pop up closer to street date, but I just found it weird.
I think it’s just sold out and dealers have pending re-orders, that’s my guess. Not really “over sold” since they don’t invoice / collect any money if they don’t have the product.
