I Never bought it when it came out; and I’m certainly Never Never going to purchase it now that it’s on KC.

AWA’s instagram post regarding Marjorie Finnegan (not sure if they’re just saying it’s a great book or they’re insinuating there is a TV development deal)

AWA Insta

" Congrats to our friend, creator GARTH ENNIS for his Emmy nominations for THE BOYS!!! Hope you picked up MARJORIE FINNEGAN: TEMPORAL CRIMINAL because it will be next."

Yeah, I unfortunately sold 3 first two days for about $100 total.

Nottingham?

Yeah, I was replying to the Nottingham question. They were hot right away

Listed my copy of Never Never, went out for a cup of coffee and it was sold. Going to hang on to the rest for now.

Ooo ooo mine is 4 shots of espresso over ice. No more no less, pure rocket fuel!

First Impulse Flash #92 started moving he finally showed up on Flash this week.

Now on TFAW.
Nice House on the Lake #1 (of 12) (3rd Ptg)

Good luck on that…

It’s not a tv spec anymore for Flash since Grant Gustin is going to be in the Ezra Flash movie. At least DC time travel and multiverses are well explained and not the effect of some time beepers or tiny balls called Pym particles. They don’t tell you for a decade their tv shows are part of their cinematic universe and then change it.

So the hottest book this week is Thor 245. There’s a shop in my area that has it priced at a sexy $14. However the shop owner has now changed his policy so that every time you bring up a back issue including the ones that have already been priced, he will check Ebay on the spot and use not the “sold” price, but the actual price people are listing it at. He will then change the price and tells you it’s the current market price. He has kicked many and banned them out of his shop already that have argued with him over this practice. Now virtually half of his back issues have no price on them.

I have found virtually all of the current hot books in his back issues, his inventory is HUGE. However it’s pointless because the sticker price on the comic has no meaning and he will up the price on the spot. Is that even legal? Other times there’s no sticker price on the book anyways so it’s completely pointless to go hunting there.

That sucks what a horrible way to do business.

It really is. I’ve heard of shop owners checking the ebay prices as you bring up back issues but this is the first time I’ve heard of them doing it while there’s already a price sticker on it. Disgraceful.

He will be out of business soon if he keeps losing customers. Kinda need those to survive…
