@Anthony and @agentpoyo do deserve a lot of thanks, in all seriousness, for allowing us all a place to dick around.

Thanks, you two. I appreciate being invited onto the front porch during the highest zenith of comicsheatingup.net, and now being invited into your homes during the highest zenith of the forums’ reign!

The blue line is High Republic…

By comparison, interest in soda remains higher than High Republic and more steady than Mandalorian:

Sure it does. It shows the potential growth. You can barely see the blue blips on the chart compared to the search volume for the Mandalorian.

SWHRA 1 is also sold out at the distributor level now. So I would expect you should start to see that one start it’s slow rise similar to issue 2.

Everyone here is awesome providing their own insight, every little piece of information contributes to the whole. I’ve learned so much just sitting and reading these forums. Hoping we can win in phase two and it’s equally as awesome!

Let’s not forget to thank Al Gore for giving Anthony and Poyo the platform to give DrunkWooky the platform.

I had my LCS a month or so ago get me 50 each of 1 and 2. Really surprised they sat at Diamond for so long.

Nope, Al Gore invented the internet… we’re using the World Wide Web…

So let’s all thank Al Gore who invented the internet that allowed Tim Berners-Lee and Robert Cailliau who created the world wide web that gave me and @anthony the support to build these forums so @drunkwooky can “dick around” and talk star wars all day…

It’s pretty entertaining honestly. There isn’t a single one of these books that I feel like was ever “news” after being a part of these forums. As they say, it takes a village and I’m glad I’m part of this one. It is very seldom that I feel I was ever behind the eight ball on most books, and if it was the case, it was because of my own lack of paying attention or missing a thread/post on here, etc.

I knew this already, it’s just fun to poke fun about it…

Yeah. This. All over this forum, we all point out what is going on across all the different publishers and properties. It’s collective action.

Now, when we point out that things are happening, are we saying they will be big money-makers? Make a huge impact? No. Not necessarily. But we are all collectively keeping track.

I do my damndest to report every single tiny thing that happens in Star Wars comics every week. Should you care about the first comic appearance of Zlarb?

Probably not, but we’re keeping track, damn it!

Amazing how many people slept on high republic. To me, it’s a no brainer.

I’m surprised at how it was handled by Marvel TBH. IIRC, FOC for issue #1 was before the Disney investor call/meeting where Acolyte was confirmed to be happening and set in the High Republic era.
