It might and at this point, who knows. As most of us know these days What If appearances used to be considered for fun only but with the multiverse a big part of Marvel now they are all fair game. The “What If” Jane Foster became Thor showed us just how nuts a What if book can get when FOMO takes hold. It has cooled down quite a bit but still commands a whole lot more than before the hype. For this book it really depends on if certain apps and videos start talking it up. I haven’t checked, but as of yesterday there were still some pretty nice looking copies on Ebay for good prices.
I did the same thing some years back with Silk #1. Gave it an a bonus then few months later it went up in price like crazy. Good times lol…

Higher ratio Usagi books usually do well, not this well though.
I didnt think about that,man. I do know the artist did the base set for the Poke cards. Yeah, that is insane. I saw a copy for 38.00 on MCS for about 5 mins then gone last tues.
I sold these a few months ago, so the person that bought them made out like a bandit. Then I went ahead about a month or so ago and rebought these, so hopefully these continue to go up in price.
I recently also sold the Geiger #6 2nd print in a 9.8 which has the first cover appearance of Junkyard Joe for around $200. I probably should of held out a bit longer, but I had that sucker listed for a very long time and kept getting people trying to lowball me on it, but I held out.

Imagine Yuji, Jujutsu Kaisen, did a crossover with DC Justice League Dark, oh man that would be legendary. Seriously, DC can use a sales boost by doing a collab with popular manga series.

Yes, unfortunately they will charge $6 for the book. I’m a DC guy primarily and it is HARD to justify the prices.

In a year or two, I’m anticipating $6-$7 with various variant cover for DC. Going forward, I honestly think alot of comic shop will have a hard time surviving less they sell/if not already other merch / TCG to survive . If you look, shop that are able to survive have already sold various merch not just comic… Pure comic shop is going to be a rare scene to see…Pure comic shop that I seen are currently arounds tends to have lot of SLABS or wall books to help with their sales.

Didn’t Marvel recently announce that they were planning to commit more titles back to the $3.99 price point? Marvel and DC tend to follow each other, so I wonder if that will be a thing.

Almost all of the comic shops in Austin sell other merchandise but most tend to do board games as well.
