This is typical, they have variant and incentive versions leak into each other sales data. I don’t trust very far the FMV (their calculation makes no sense as FMV and its very unclear on how they calculate it) or the market percentage change (it is completely unusable in most cases), its much more of a general guide. Its neither as high nor as low as shown, just a vague sort of indication of price that you should be checking eBay sales to verify.
At first when you posted this I was like meh… 12 bucks. I looked today and there are multiple sales for $20 and up… did some influencer talk about this or some other f*ckery?
Idk but there was a sale for $30. $12 is usually just the beginning. That’s why I post stuff early, instead of waiting till no members can find them for cvr. I just have to deal with all the complaints that come with it from people who aren’t interested in getting ahead of the game

Wtf? My shop had a stack of these on the shelves and I brushed it off. Picked up a copy just in case as it was selling for double cover.
Picked up two copies today.
Haha…that $45 was my sale. I was still able to pick some up for cover.
I have one up for $30 and not a wiff. And it’s a 9.8er (probably).
Same for me. I got a lot of people poking their noses but no one yet has taken a bite out of that sweet apple.

Unless I’m just looking in the wrong places, it feels like that Venom #39 foreshadow (Gomez) cover is doing pretty well. I posted in new comic day that it wasn’t readily available in my area and folks were all wanting it.
I had it on my pulls, but it may be one to grab or keep an eye on at a minimum.
I fully realize this is very early in the release day & lots of copies incoming still.
Midtown has them but limit of one.

Thanks for the heads up on Midtown. I just grabbed two off of eBay and one from Midway. I forgot to check my LCS today for this cover, and bought the Chew variant and I am a huge Venom fan. I just hope whomever this ends up being it is not a stupid character. Honestly we don’t need yet another person to be taken over by Venom.
I am hoping Big Bertha is the next Venom host or another amazing Great Lakes Avengers character like Doorman.

Mycomicshop still with plenty also just for those who want one. I would assume it will be a nothing burger, flash in the pan as we know costume changes and such never amount to much. Just wanted to report on what I was seeing initially out of the gate not only in my area but from the onset. Always worth the cheap one copy at cover buy in just in case imo.

I recall grabbing @Anthony and @Gbess copies of this book last year at NYCC. Unfortunately I don’t believe I kept any copies for myself!
Did not know it jumped.
Is the Arcbound #1 good? I was thinking of grabbing that very nice Rose Besch while its still reasonable price if the series is a good read.
