The main event?
All sales today. Sold a total of 6 Monsters books today and two #1ās yesterday.
I splurged and bought a Monsters #3 Metal cover (Jaws homage) on Keenspot. Itās for my collection and think itās going to pop visually (of course, I could be wrong).
Also got my CGC 9.8 Monsters #1 cover B (Dracula Blood cover). It looks sharp and displays very well (lowest print of the #1ās and mostly black cover).
While not necessarily heating up, there are some great covers for collecting!
Wish there was a non-metal version of that Jaws cover. Its pretty great.

When did this book Doctor Aphra #3 40th Anniversary Variant heat up so much? The regular A cover commands a decent price as well it seems.
Seems like this one is valued higher than the coveted Leia cover.

Iām confused, and I donāt mean this as an attack or argument or anything butā¦. Weāre supposed be mad when a retailer jacks up the price of books beyond cover unless itās a ratio, but we also donāt want a retailer to undercut the secondary market?
because it was the first one and they first chuck of these were match exceed your orders
its also 1st app of magna, alphaās girlfriend and empire officer. when they do an aphra show she will be a big part of it. the ratio also is quite expensive
Depends on who you are. Are you trying to scramble for a book because you donāt FOC or do you have copies that you FOCāed? Those that FOC lose when a shop sandbags a book by limiting to 1 and having stock take ages to deplete. Those that donāt FOC and just Wednesday warrior pillage shops would love for copies to be available. Even then, thereās not much room for a flip due to shipping. So, thereās no winning for scramblers or FOCers.

Well, MCS had 75 copies of Monsters #2 (creature feature) on Ebay and even at one per order have sold out. They are also sold out on their main site. Midtown and Grahm Cracker comics are also sold out. Not bad for it only being out one day. Does anyone have an idea what the print tun on this variant might be?

Everyone is making money off that title. Mark is. Keenspot is. Twelve of my last 14 sales have been Monsters.

I havenāt made thousands, but I have made hundreds. I didnāt go in on it big either.
I didnāt go huge but more than I normally order on FOC. Again not thousands but hundreds Wednesday alone.

I thought MCS sold 75 copies of the C cover of Monstersā¦hard to believe only 14 (at most) were through ebay.
Whatās the cutoff for this list? Wednesday 11:59 pm EST?
