Wow. Last night still lots of copies available everywhere.
I was checking it all day waiting for any signs of fomo so I could grab another copy from MCS…then gave up as it looked to be more a slow burn.

So I don’t recall seeing it at FOC (the cover). I heard it may have dropped a day or so before cut-off. Although I missed it n my article, I grabbed 4 copies maybe on that Monday once I saw it.
Bottom line, I think it’s very under ordered for the potential it had at FOC…and maybe people just took that for granted until today (…?). It’s a stunning cover in foil so maybe people were not expecting that either…
I expected it to be selling for well above cover leading up to yesterday…it’s very rare I buy more than 2 copies at FOC of anything.
It’s also Aa. $8.99 cover, which contributes to the under ordering.
Perfect storm once again…?

If I remember correctly, it was dropped on Saturday night of FOC weekend.

First mention here was 9/25. Which was the Friday before FOC.
I didn’t order my copies until 10/2…a good week later.
