I clicked order on We Live #2 1:10 and I"m pretty sure I saw the Green “Added” go up top… go to my Pre-Orders and boom, not there. Now it says Sold Out again… sigh…

Does you know if the watchdog function does anything?
It will notify you but I only seem to get it weekly… can’t find any settings that changes how frequent so I gave up on it.

That Venom 1:500 is pricey… might take a while for that one to sell. That’s a bad spec though… it’s just a variant of the already existing variant…
The book would have to be a MAJOR key to justify the investment. I would definently buy 125 copies of Cover A before the sketch version.
Curious about Sea of Sorrows. Grabbed the 1:10 a few weeks back. Some positive reviews, and the covers are gorgeous. Missed the 1:25.
Maybe it’s the new factor, but I’m just so much more interested in these new titles than the mainstays. SIKTC, We Only Find Them, Autumnal, Stillwater, We Live, Sea of Sorrows…

If Sea of Sorrows heats up, sell quickly… I have a feeling it will turn out to be like Road of Bones. But yes, indies and the small publishers are the better reads currently than the bigger publishers.
Image has been putting out complete garbage lately except a few titles. Marvel has a few titles I like… DC has absolutely nothing right now except King’s stuff (which yes, his mini-series are much better than his Batman ongoing writing days)…

Yes… that’s one of the few but it’s still new so it’s still on probation, like all new titles.
I think watchdog just sends a weekly recap. I think I get one per week. Not useful for things that sell out in 3 seconds.
All I can say is… having your website monitor hundreds of thousands of items from hundreds or thousands of accounts is gonna be a resource hog. Imagine just a few hundred accounts watching the same item and right when the notification gets sent out, you suddenly see a surge of page hits and views all trying to grab that item…
Talk about paying a bit more for your infrastructure… meh…
