Step up and start playing in the big leagues.
App is just extra work and costs. If you can order from their website as they designed it to work on mobile with relative ease (which they have, I’ve done it), no reason for an app that’s only costing you more resources.
A good developer will cost you probably between 20-40k to develop a good app, then comes after is maintenance, updates and the cost of running it cause it’ll need more infrastructure.
What they should do is just enable notifications within their existing website, which is doable and probably far less expensive.

I:50 Momoko’s usually go for a premium but the character selection for that cover… I dunno. Reminds me of any good guy anime king from the 1980’s. Not a bad thing, just kind of generic.
