Lol I ordered two will let you guys know what happens. 
One has to realize that the % reporting they got one is in the micro percentages of all TFAW customers. Iād imagine the sample size of CHU regulars who post here are a very small percentage of TFAWās full customer base.
I ordered 1 copy of DoT 1 5th printing and received the regular cover.

I know, it just seems strange when people are ordering 1 or 2 and getting one. Seems like a small chance that would happen much at all. I could be wrong.

The secrets always seem very inconsistent across shops. When Iād hit up almost all the shops in Austin area on Wednesdays, one shop would get a secret at a much smaller ratio than the next shop. I often wonder if the retailers who order heavy get more than the shops who donāt, etc.

And Diamond packing isnāt always the greatest. Anyone remember V-Wars where they had the 1:100 and 1:200 variants? My local shop Dragons Lair no where near ordered 100 copies of that book but some how managed to get 3 of each and I bought all 6 cause apparently nobody wanted those ugly covers with the hands on them cause I only bought 1 of each the first time they were sitting on the shelf a week after release and then 2 days later the others were still there so I just bought the rest of them. Those were some nice profit buying at cover price. 
It probably depends on the rep you have with diamond as well.
I ordered one and did not get the Oswald variant. I did get one for cover price from my LCS.
I donāt think thereās an incentive, but Iām hearing Black Widow #8 will have a new character.
Is this a meme now? I swear Iāve read almost the same exact comment like 5x today on here in various threads.

BTW guys did you know black widow 8 supposedly has a new character BTW BTW. Funny that people keep talking about and telling as many people as possibleā¦and thereās still gonna be peeps that miss the boat and scramble to get copies and will probably be a hot book 
I ordered mine last week. I prefer not talking up books until after foc, which was Monday.
Good thing I can add more copies to my order.

So many exclusives for #3 that the 1:25 is cheaper than TFAWās own exclusive (which is still for saleā¦ because there were so many exclusives).
