Anyway to sum it all up the devs are still working on getting things fixed. When things SHOULD be fixed we’ll let people know. In the meantime just be patient and no one needs to send in a ticket if stuff is missing.

Yeah, it was limited to 100 copies. It may not have even been limited to 1 copy per. I believe TFAW put it up like it was an open order. Lots of us here never had it fulfilled.

Well, open order only because that’s how Diamond listed it but retailers should have known that they get what they get and they can’t throw a fit when it came time to distributing them…
So it looks like all my own pre-orders are there except my “What’s Furthest Place From Here? #1 7” Exclusive"… which I pre-ordered like the day it was listed (which was not yesterday). I originally did 2 copy pre-order and I understand if one had to be removed due to the big “allocation” but who do I need to send the bribe to to get that sucker back on my pre-order list? @RipCityGamer
I j just checked and mine was deleted too. I pre-ordered it on 9/29/21 according to the email TFAW sent me
Yeah same here…I preordered it quite awhile ago and now it’s gone. Pretty frustrating to say the least, then last night lost 3 other pre-orders because of their site issues and reboot.
Yup. My 7 inch vinyl is gone too and I ordered it back on 9/22.
It looks like they deleted them all.
All the pre-orders are still there who are getting it. It was removed from people who won’t be the other day when we got allocated. We’re getting less than 20 copies, and had over 900 pre-orders for it…

As of now the people who are getting it pre-ordered it on 8/20 and early on 8/21. We left people on the list up to early 8/23 just in case of cancellations. But unless you were in the first ~25 pre-orders for it you got cancelled because there’s no real chance of it getting fulfilled.

Like I said previously, who do I have to send the bribe to to get my name back on the list? 
So anything that was pre-ordered yesterday (incentives, etc.) has NOT been added back into inventory. If something you pre-ordered is now out of stock, contact CS (use email so there’s a record, help@tfaw.com) and they can help get stuff added back to accounts.
We’ll give people a couple days to do that before just putting everything back into inventory.
