I think the last day/time to cancel FOC orders should be 11.59 pm PT, day OF FOC, not day BEFORE FOC.
Or atleast some time BEFORE END OF DAY FOC (to allow for TFAW to input orders). I assume that TFAW is not inputting totals PER order, but collectively based on ALL orders, and that the latter is not too time consuming.
OR have a āfilterā on the orders page, to list by last date of cancellation.
Honestly, because of the great selection of books from TFAW and the quantity I preorder, I get lost sometimes and lose track of my preorders.
My two cents, but its kind of confusing, and overwhelming, keeping track of my preorders ā¦
Iām fine with foc how it is, however books every week are moving up foc and locking without anyone knowing the foc moved up. Sometimes they unlock the following day and move back a week foc sometimes they donāt and I have to contact customer service to remove them. Last week it was a Batman incentive this week itās Luke Cage incentive.
Does this count towards the three strikes for your TFAW account ?

Email. Also, look at your processing order. You should have a shipping refund applied to the original payment method

It seems to me you would have to have an order in processing status before the message. I guess individual issues processing doesnāt apply?

I received the same email for items in processing status. So I would have to say only if āin processing statusā will you receive the postage refund and the 10% store credit on that order.
We know that much. This pertains to orders that were paid for before they sent the message and havenāt shipped yet
Unless Iām mistaken, you have to have an order under āMy Ordersā that currently says āProcessingā to get the shipping refund and 10% credit. Having said that, I have an order that qualifies but have not received any emails yet. Probably just late coming.
I think with them opening the warehouse tomorrow (11/17), they are probably slammed. I think Brendon (TFAW) mentioned something about being patient with the TFAW CS while they get back on track. I would still take screenshots showing that your items were/are processing.
