For items that SHOULD have processed during this time, the discount moved to 40% for both pre and post-FOC items. And, by the looks of it, those discounts have been applied. I have just a couple books that should have processed, and they are now both cheaper than they were before.
And @RipCityGamer promised that we’ll all be getting at least one, but probably closer to a dozen, free surprise graded comics thrown in. At least that’s how I interpreted what he said. FREE DOZEN+ BOOKS!!!

I’m grateful for the discount they are providing of course, but I’m just really needing to know if the issues I ordered will actually be fulfilled or if I am SOL and need to now pay a lot more for ratios that I pre-ordered but dont get (because it’s really a 50/50 chance they actually happen with them)

I read the freebie offer to mean any regular or Tfaw var or maybe a graded book per order. Not sure how TFAW will decide.

We were able to have receiving start working on going through the shipments this week. So hopefully they’ll get through a few of the weeks by the end of this week, and we’ll be able to process orders and start getting new pre-orders shipping on Monday, and have a good idea of what things were shorted, damaged, etc. And then they’ll work on receiving the rest of the stuff (and the new arrivals) as quick as they can. Still working on the exact timeline for things and we’ll have to play it by ear and see at the end of this week what it looks like in terms of what we can get processing in the first button press.
That kinda sucks because a lot of the damages/shortages will be less likely to be filled.
To be fair it’s been hard to get them filled even when things are on time lately due to printint quantities being decreased.
Make sure you throw a little something extra special in my box that’s been sitting as “processing” since October 21st… I would like my discounts and or refunds in CASH!

Hasn’t yet happened to my “in processing” order dated 10/21, but maybe it’ll show up eventually.

I’m on monthly shipping so some of those books in my 10/21 processing were already a few weeks older even…
Same here. They must be taking this time off to go back and clean up orders that have no hope of being filled.
I think so…I have had over 10 of the same notifications for books dating back to November of 2020.
