I’d like to ask for clarification on what we were told about free shipping. My order shipped and I was charged for shipping. Others were too. We were told the delayed orders would ship free. But now we are being told the delayed orders are not shipping free now will we be credited back for the shipping.

It’s my understanding that they only refunded shipping on orders that’s were paid for and processing before the 18th. However, any books that were processing but not paid for at the end of your cycle, the shipping would be charged as normal.

Actually, according to their site notice, only processing orders prior to November 17, that were not packed (I assume this means shipped) were eligible for free shipping + 10% store credit. Not sure about the 'paid for ’ part.
If it was processing or should have been processed but not meant to be packed (shipped) by November 17, then only a 40% discount would apply but shipping was not affected.
I did get some refund of shipping charges + store credit, but need to spend some time to figure out how this was done. It seems the processing/shipping is done on TFAW schedule not on FOC/ship/sale date schedule.
I still have an issue with what books TFAW processes and when, especially when some of these books are already out.
