Oh I know after my last order was charged $72 to ship 25 comics. I immediately contacted them after I got my order processed email on Thursday and was told the warehouse had mistakenly put my order down for 2 day FedEx instead of Normal USPS shipping and he would email the warehouse and get it fixed. Then 4 days later my package goes out 2 day shipping warehouse never even read the email customer service sent to them in 4 days. Now customer service says they canāt do anything for me since itās already shipped even though they fully admitted to making a mistake that cost me $45 in additional shipping they told me I need to contact them quicker if I see a error I told them I contacted them immediately after they sent the processing email I couldnāt be any quicker. My order before this one never even showed up.
But yes make sure you grab all your ratios today Iām sure they will magically pull books out of your preorders and then charge you more for shipping than the cover price of your books.
