iām truly done (95%) with TFAW. I went and removed basically all future variants this weekend that werenāt already locked in. Only using it to keep track of what I want for regular comics or if I really feel a ratio is gonna hit or I PC it. Iāve spent about a month trying to get a damaged Power Rangers Universe 1:50 replaced. Thereās no way itās going to be replaced at this point.
āSend it to this email address to get this cleared up right away.ā 5 days later and nothingā¦meanwhile the guy in the original email thread had no problem seeing the original damaged pictures and requested pics out of the bag. Somehow out of bag comic photos need to be sent to a different email address that also gets no response, lol.

All of my correspondence with them was through their live chat and then continued via email with the chat transcript they send. dude responded, asked for additional pics after seeing the first pics, then never replied.
funny enough, shortly after my post earlier complaining about it, I get an email (they must be reading this forum lol). I was rightā¦ āunfortunately we no longer have it in stockā. Thatās whats bad about it taking 2 weeks to a month to get books. Of course itās not in stock and you canāt get replacementsā¦itās taking 4 weeks to arrive and then 4 weeks to look into the issue.
Today was the first day I wasnāt stalking the site for ratios in like a year and it honestly feels very freeing!

Iāll give them a break and theorize that some customers may have dropped their orders, or maybe they lucked out or found some new copies. Just go with the TFAW flow. I did order the āWhiteā group cover. Now just have to grit my teeth, and guess at if and when it ships.
