I’ve had a mixed bag with replacements - ratio variants NO, regular variants had some replaced, regular cover always replaced. Good luck though !
Chatted with them on two books - one damaged, one wrong book. They were not ratio variants but regular variants. Did get asked to email pics - damaged and wrong books - and did get a positive response on both. TFAW does have some positives going for them - their customer service IMO is good, just stuck having to address issues which are probably beyond their control(their business side).

Missed out on this book: Shadow War Zone #1 (Cover D - 1:50 Lesley Leirix Li Variant) (tfaw.com)
Not sure if the character amounts to anything, but cool costume.
Also. missed out on the Campbell variants for Hulk and Thor, but they were way out of my price range. Got a Turtles variant, but lucked out on most.
TFAW seems to have posted later than usual. Well another week, another try !
I missed out on the Shadow War Zone book too. I added a bunch of books I’ll most likely end up dropping.

I do see a DelOtto variant and regular for Secret Invasion 1, but Midtown shows as being cancelled (or rescheduled). Anyone have an idea on which ?
do ratio variants become available for pre-order at a standard length of time before the sale date or foc date? i.e. is it always 10 weeks prior to sale date?
Ratio variants are only available from when the time the comic is posted on the catalog until the FOC date. They might add / cancel ratios, but after the FOC date you cannot order ratio variants unless they are replacing a damaged copy, and even then its iffy.

is a comic always posted on the catalog on a day which is a set number of weeks prior to FOC, or does it vary? just trying to figure out the exact date i can expect to be able to pre-order a ratio variant, based on the FOC date. sorry if this isn’t making sense.
It varies but Mondays a few weeks after the solicitations release is usually a good bet for the 1st round. The rest are added on foc.

i read about that Shadow War Zone 1:50 and saw the release date was all the way in May and had no idea when to expect to get a chance at pre-ordering.
If you want a good ratio from them, be prepared to search a lot. There’s lots of people waiting in line.

Noticed that the cover for Thor 24 A variant is a Maleev on Penguin, and different from the cover shown on TFAW. Can anyone chime in on which is the more accurate ? Also, anyone have any other images of the other covers for Thor 24 ? Thanks !
