Unfortunately it’s not a one size fits all issue. For a local shop that also does some online orders, they may be shipping things out FASTER right now because of the pandemic decreasing foot traffic. Different states and different owners also follow different guidelines. There are some states where there’s very little restrictions in place and a lot of business owners are operating as normal, and there are some states where there are very strict restrictions in place and business owners have to follow them to avoid paying fines/being shutdown, and there are some states where the owners are doing the opposite of what the local governments put in place because of personal beliefs.

Just have all your co-workers sign up on the forum and DM you. We get increased traffic as a result and they can message you. (Sure let’s overlook text, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, MySpace, tindr, AOL instant Messenger, and the millions of other ways they could contact you)
Does anyone know how long TFAW usually takes to dispatch orders on a normal week? Just so I have a rough idea
Weekly but a lot of crap causing delays. In a sane, normal operating world with no hiccups like COVID, weather and shipping delays, no power outages… they ship the same week they process your order unless you specify bi-weekly or monthly in your pre-orders options.

Literally what it says. Someone has it in their cart as a pre order, and they drop it before the FOC date. Basically like a hold until you finally decide if you want it or not

Basically look at it this way. TFAW ordered that copy cause you requested it. Once it locked, they’ve already placed the order with Diamond. So if you back out, now they’re stuck with the extra copy.
Look at it this way an extra copy is like a gift from me to them but I didn’t pay for it or give it to them
