Same thing with eBay. The seller isn’t obligated to refund you if you don’t send the “not as advertised “ item back.
I have heard from a few different people who confirmed their store got those double covers that they have to send them back to be given the August 26th replacement Stegman sketch 1:100 covers. I dont know if this is true or not so i cannot confirm. I DOUBT DC is just gonna send out new 1:100s for every 1:100 copy that those stores got that was a misprint WITHOUT sending those misprint copies back. But i could be wrong and they just straight up send out a flat amount to those stores for however many SINGLE 1:100s they shoulda gotten with initial shipment.

A retailer would know better, but I believe typically Diamond tells the shop to destroy the books but its honor system if they actually do it.

Lmao. What a suprise there … print run not as advertised lol. Therr are a lot of store variants that have more printed then what was advertised. Retailers want to make money, they will tell you whatever they have to for that sale.
yes ive been told store variants almost always are higher than they publicly say. seems like MAIN issues, ratios included, do best. but some people swear by store variants so.
So im now being told ALL 1:100s were delayed due to misprint error. Everyone ive talked to who ordered a 1:100 has said they are delayed til end of month.

shawn is in a group chat with lots of retailers. none of them got their 1:100s. i asked a shit ton of questions to make sure it wasnt JUST the 1:100s of the jonboy exclusive. so this sounds like a full print run 1:100 delay until next week.

Not at all. My 10 year old has heard way worse but looked at me and said, “who is this guy” I said I don’t know some comic book guy, he said “he looks and sounds stupid”. I just laughed and changed the video.
Now that many have read Venom 27. How do people feel about where Codex is headed?
If he’s essentially Knull’s top General, that would bode well for his potential. I got a slight vibe of if Knull is Emperor Palpatine, Codex is Admiral Thrawn or Darth Maul.
The combination of him drawing phenomenal on covers + connection to Knull makes me want more of this character.
