I’m pretty sure someone was just handing out overstock. This is not exclusive to NYCC, in other words. I’m not going to put
Any more energy into it.
I had a few minutes due to the cancellation of the flops ashcan signing and the Energon Universe panel (which did not get capped) so I asked around.
Very interesting then… but people are selling them as NYCC exclusives so…
Just like exclusives on whatnot that you can’t physically pick up at the Javits Center that sellers call NYCC exclusives.
The Boba Fett Brickheadz were going for like $300 as soon as we listed them. I know I sold several grand worth. Also, make sure to check out Topps if they are there. Free cards sell well. Still selling Garbage Pail Kids promos from years back I got so many. Still get $8 each from time to time. I miss the con game.
The ASM 1000 homage (ASM 300) sold out. I kept forgetting to stop by the booth…finally remembered and they literally sold their last one.
I did get the last Dexter Soy Absolute Batman 24 CGC exclusive though. It’s the better book to have…as it currently sells for slightly more and didn’t cost me anything.

Like the Mass Appeal books…there is a link that you can order from the publisher.
It’s $30 (vice the $5 at the whatnot booth).
I walked buy at the end of the show. They sold out for the convention. They may have sold out yesterday.
Looks like the ASM 300 homage is going on sale on Comictom’s whatnot stream pretty soon if you’re interested. Looks like he has 48 copies for a drop so you gotta swipe fast when it pops up
Nope. Will pass on that.
Understandable lol well he just dropped it and I got it for $40. Seemed fair
Glad you got one. I am just not interested in grabbing from him.
Seems like once they sold out price started going up. Was Stewart’s y
$40 over the first 3 days. Was a $20 price. Virgin covers $25 I think.
May just pass the Mico Suayan One Piece homage…
These were give-aways if you waited in line and played a “quick” dice game. You got two comics, and then a bag with another comic.
The Mora ABM 24 variant, particularly the trade dress, is one to watch.
There are two BIN copies left at the moment. Both posted by our old friend Drewbizz.
After that the BINs start climbing to $100+.
There are a couple auctions currently running that are capped by the $60 BINs, but if the BINs move those could go higher.
I’ll be holding off listing my copy for now and see how this plays out.
The B&W variant has only one copy listed at $120 as well.
When in doubt….
This has been holding its value through the weekend.
I’m actually surprised it hasn’t increased. It’s a pretty sweet DWJ cover.
Was that a NYCC exclusive. They were at Baltimore but did not have a variant, they had older variants at a high price point though,
