I will say editing photos in eBay on my phone (which K take photos) is annoying. Many times it keep defaulting back to the original photo. And I’d you’re posting the same listen by on Mercari you’re doing it twice.

What I do now is
(1) edit it before uploading to eBay,
(2) create/post the eBay listing
(3) open up another window for Mercari
(4) upload the same photos as eBay
(5) copy/paste the eBay listing title into the mercari listing
(6) copy/paste the eBay description into the mercari listing
(7) post the mercari listing.

I can probably create both in under 2 minutes once I have the photos ready to upload….if I was in a rush.

For the record I have sold 6 comics on Mercari this week and two on eBay. Of the 6 I sold my extra copy of the Mark Spears Monsters black cat variant book for $125, another Spears Monsters for $50 and a few other high dollar books.

In eBay I sold the Uncanny X-men 266 for $119 (out of that $50 buy) and a cheap book.

So I am moving more and high value books on Mercari. It’s strange.

Man my sales onslaught post SDCC continues, books that have been sitting are just flying off the shelves. I think I am going to list my runs of Invincible and buy an ASM 129 (been wanting one forever) and put the rest of the money in my kids investment account.

I was doing well up until Monday of this week, then crickets. Not sure what’s going on but it’s frustrating.

I think Anthony took all of our sales. I’ve been doing great all year, but August is my first slow down month. I sold a couple boxes of bulk stuff I didn’t want to my usual buyer for that, but ebay sales have been SLOW.

2 sales on eBay in the last two months. Both were new acquisitions.

10 sales in two months on Mercari. 3 were recent acquisitions.

So, maybe 2-3 sales a week. I have some new things I need to list so hopefully I’ll get a few more out of that.
